Gwynn Yandow, MSW, LICSW has worked as a Social Worker for over 35 years. Her background includes medical and psychiatric social work, substance abuse and patient advocacy with specific experience working with older adults. She has worked in residential, nursing facilities, medical and psychiatric settings providing clinical social work services, care management and advocacy services. She was the Director of Social Work Services at the Brattleboro Retreat for many years and presently is the Director of Patient Advocacy and Consumer Affairs.
Gwynn received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College.
Gwynn is a member of the Aging Life Care Association and has been an Adjunct Professor at Smith College in Northampton, MA.
Vivian Stadel, MSW, LICSW, ACSW has worked as a Social Worker for over 40 years, after receiving a Bachelor Degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Social Work Masters Degree from Adelphi University.
Her experience has included work with pediatric and geriatric clients in hospitals, clinics, nursing and rehab facilities, and in their homes. Several years included supervisions, field instruction, program coordination, court evaluations and care manager for guardianship cases, development in New York City of Service Outreach to Seniors for home patients of Lenox Hill Hospital and sole proprietor of Eldercare Management Solution in New York City.
Vivian had personal experience as caregiver and care manager for her own elderly parents, and has been a licensed pet therapist.
